Origin of Music

MUSIC WAS CREATED BY GOD
A. GOD CREATED ALL THINGS
1.     THE CREATOR MADE MUSIC
a.     Genesis 1:1 “in the beginning God created...”
b.     Colossians 1:16,17a “For it was in Him that ‘ALL things were created, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen .... all things were created and exist through Him (by His service, intervention) and in and for Him. And He Himself existed before all things...” (Amplified Bible)
c.      John 1:1‑3 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. ALL things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.”

2.       GOD MADE MUSIC FOR HIMSELF
a.      Revelations 4:11 “...Thou hast created ALL things, and for Thy pleasure they are and were created.”
NOTE:        Music was not made for man or for Satan, it was made for God’s pleasure. Music was created to praise and boast of God, and. to be an avenue of intimate expression of worship to Him.

b.  Proverbs 16:4 “The Lord has made all things for Himself”

B. MUSIC HAS BEEN WITH GOD IN ETERNITY

1.     Music was brought into existence by God. He made music out of nothing.
2.     Man cannot create in the sense of God. Man can only take basic elements that already exist and reorganize them to make a new sound or style of music.
3.     God created the basic ingredients that make music. He brought into existence pulse, the beat (time), and the frequencies that make up the notes and various pitches in music. A study of the Biblical numeric of music would confirm that God constructed the elements of music.

Backmasking: Filipino Music Revealed

video
Backmasking is a recording technique in which a sound or message is recorded backward onto a track that is meant to be played forward. Backmasking is a deliberate process, whereas a message found through phonetic reversal may be unintentional. It is a controversial topic. Many musicians have reacted to this topic. They say that the produce music not forwardly not reversely. As a Filipino for me it is their freedom to do so. As a Christian they have to be aware also that their subconscious mind are being used by the enemy to convey a message that have to be reversed so that they will not be aware. The enemy is so clever and he knows that nobody in this part of the world will worship him directly that is why he is deceiving once again by the use of music. Christians must be aware with the kind of music that we are listening to. This is only one the examples of the backmasking recording.
